What we store
Your account is tied to a profile with display name, optional basketball details (nickname, position, home court, etc.), and reliability stats derived from attendance.
Game & attendance history
Runs you join, RSVPs, attendance marks, and game results inside your groups are stored so crews can track who showed up and who won. Pending games become official after confirmation.
Public group & player info
Other members in your groups can see your profile, RSVPs, game results, and leaderboard standings. Open groups are visible to signed-in players who can join.
Feedback & analytics
In-app feedback (category, optional rating, message, page path) is stored for alpha testing. We use privacy-focused analytics (PostHog) with your profile UUID only — not your email, display name, scores, or game notes. Error monitoring (Sentry) may capture technical errors with sensitive fields filtered out.
Account deletion
You may permanently delete your account from Account Settings. Personal profile information is removed and you cannot sign in again with that account.
Verified games involving other players may remain as anonymous historical statistics so opponents' records stay accurate. Historical participants appear as "Deleted Player."
Signing up again with the same email creates a new account with a new profile. Old badges, groups, Academy progress, and personal history are not restored. (Supabase soft-delete behavior may affect how quickly the same email can be reused — verify in your project.)
